Alert Overview and Management tools (prior to Release 5.0)

New Overview and User Alert tools have been developed for Administrators to track what alerts were generated, why, and who received them. All Alert management pages have been consolidated to a single dashboard for KPI, Global, and Report Alerts accessible via the Contents Menu > Alerts

1. Overview tab

  1. You can view alerts for any metric or report or view All alerts sorted descending by time
  2. Link is provided to the Rule that generated the alert
  3. Link to Element Editor to for more details
  4. Details are provided for all Users subscribed to the alert

Administrators can now quickly view status of each User's alert delivery

2. User tab

If you need to adjust any of a User's settings, see Debugging User Problems: Log in as a different user

3. KPI Alerts tab

View, Add or Delete KPI alerts from this screen. Click on Element name will allow you to Modify the Alert

4. Global Alerts tab

View, Add or Delete Global alerts from this screen. Click on Alert Rule Name to Modify the Alert

5. Report Alerts tab

View, Add or Delete Report alerts from this screen.

  1. Click on Alert Rule Name to Modify the Alert
  2. Select person icon to display Users subscribed to the Report Alert.
