How to track users using Google Analytics via MetricInsights, after setting up GTM?
Resolution
It is necessary to make a change to the MI server to ensure the GTM ID is picked up properly. This will require a restart of the Apache web server.
After setting up GTM, please contact support@metricinsights.com to schedule the time MI support can apply the changes needed.
