Android & iOS: How to Get Logs

Logs can be sent to a specified email address via the Metric Insights app on Android/iOS devices.

Note: By default the logs are sent to mobile@metricinsights.com. The address can be changed in your email app before the logs are sent.

Getting Logs for Android

From the Home screen:

  1. Long-press on the Metric Insights app icon
  2. [Send logs]
  3. Select the contact/application you want to use and send the logs

Getting Logs for iOS

From the Home screen:

  1. Long-press on the Metric Insights app icon
  2. [Send logs]
  3. Select the application you want to use and send the logs
