Access Inside – MI Customer Portal

Inside is our customer portal. Our goal: give you quick access to resources, provide an open forum for dialog with our other customers, keep you in the loop—about the product, about our roadmap, and more.

NOTE: Submitting product ideas is possible via https://get.metricinsights.com.

1. Create Account

Access https://inside.metricinsights.com

Make sure to verify your email. It may be required to check spam. If it's not verified, you will not be able to log in.

You can complete your account information now or do that later from your account menu. The mandatory fields are:

  1. Name
  2. Timezone
  3. Language

Click [Continue] to proceed to the portal

2. Access Portal

Before getting started with the portal, you might be prompted to join spaces:

  1. Choose spaces to join
  2. Click [Continue] to proceed

3. Start Interacting

Submitting product ideas is possible via https://get.metricinsights.com.

Here you can:

  • View the latest Product Roadmap and upcoming events;
  • Join more spaces;
  • Create discussions and join the existing ones;
  • Access our whitepapers, guides, and help resources;
  • Contact our support team and more.
