Concierge and Talk To Your Data

• Our headline feature: Talk To Your Data has been completely re-architected from the ground up—more accurate answers are given about the data behind Tableau and Power BI reports, Metric Insights Datasets and connected AI agents.
• A Knowledge Graph is built from your data models, measures, dates and business terms. It is reviewed and published before it is used to answer questions.
• Answer accuracy can be tested against verified results with Concierge Benchmarks.
• Measures that return different values across reports are flagged for resolution, and unclear fields are clarified by content owners through short questions.
• Publishing Workflow stages can be configured to require these items to be resolved before content is advanced.
• Concierge Answers are shown with step-by-step progress, the sources used and related reports. Repeat questions are answered faster.
• Business context (learnings) can be generated from uploaded documents and approved before use.

Report and Report Metrics Improvements

• Filter defaults: Default values can be set for report filters.
• Parent/child filters: Filter options are narrowed to relevant values based on selections in other filters.
• Summary view: A metric summary can be displayed in the viewer.
• Stoplight with target: Stoplights and variance can be calculated against a target, not only a prior value.
• Overlays: Other Report Metrics can be overlaid on a chart for comparison.

Native ServiceNow Integration

• Access requests can be routed directly into ServiceNow through a new Access Request Profile.

Glossary Statuses and Linking

• Statuses can be assigned to Glossary Terms and are shown wherever a Term is displayed.
• Glossary Terms are linked to the data models and measures that use them, so it is clear where each definition applies.

Public Apps and App Datasets

• Apps can be published for access without signing in, controlled by a dedicated Privilege.
• App Datasets are supported in Public Apps.

Two-Factor Authentication via Email

• A one-time code sent by email can be required as a second sign-in step for password-based users.

Custom Login Page Message

• A custom message can be displayed on the login page, for example a notice or usage policy.

Power BI Enhancements

• Power BI row-level security is respected, so each user sees only the data they are permitted to see.
• Metadata can be collected through a single admin-level connection and shared with other connections.
• Power BI metadata can be synced on a schedule.
