Access Software Downloads and License Keys via Get MI

Get MI (https://get.metricinsights.com) is a site for customers to access the Metric Insights software and their license keys.  

PREREQUISITE: Only users that have been explicitly granted access will be able to login to Get MI. If you need access, contact support@metricinsights.com.

1. Log in to Get MI

NOTE: If you do not have an account, [Sign Up].

  1. Log in with your credentials OR
  2. Log in by using any of the available options.

1.1. Sign Up

NOTE: Please ensure that your work domain is added to the allow list before signing up. Contact support@metricinsights.com for details.

  1. Enter your email and create a password that meets all the criteria.
  2. Click [Continue]. You will receive a confirmation email, after which you can proceed with logging in.

2. Accept Terms of Service

Accept the Terms of Service upon first login.

3. Access Releases

  1. Under the Releases tab, select the version of Metric Insights you need and download either the full or lite installer:
  • Full — installer plus all dependencies;
  • Lite — only the install script. All dependencies will be pulled down during the install process.
  1. Open the release's Security Report to review CVEs, affected components, and Metric Insights status (fixed, not applicable, or planned) for each item.

4. Access License Keys

Under the License Keys tab, access any of the available License Keys that have been created for your company.

5. Submit Enhancement Requests

Under the Ideas tab, you can submit enhancement requests for future Metric Insights releases.

  1. [+ Add Idea]
  2. Topic: Select the part of the product your request relates to.
  3. Priority: Select how important this enhancement is for you.
  4. Title: Enter a short descriptive title.
  5. Description: Provide details about what you want implemented.
  6. [Add], once the request is submitted, it appears on the Ideas grid.

You can also upvote the existing Ideas and track their progress from the Ideas grid.

6. Access Additional Resources

From the right-hand side of the navigation panel, you can also access:

  • Our help site;
  • Knowledge base;
  • Inside, the Metric Insights customer portal.
