Alerts Menu Overview (v7.0.1+)
In Metric Insights, Alerts are the messages that inform Users about some changes in Elements. They can be delivered via different messaging means and update Users on different situations. This article describes the Alert menu and its options.
Alerts by User
Go to Content > Alerts > Alerts by User
This page contains a summary for all the Alerts the User is receiving. It shows the notification settings and what Digests and Burst the User is subscribed to, as well as Notification Schedule and Alerts subscriptions. It also shows the log of all Notifications sent to the User. Administrators can change the User in the drop-down menu at the top of the page to check the summary for different Users.
KPI Alerts
Access Content > Alerts > KPI Alerts or click the KPI Alerts tab
On this page, Users can see KPI Alerts that are available for them. Also, Users that have a special Privilege and Permission can create new KPI Alerts by clicking [+Add KPI Alert Rule].
