Why Some of Favorites Folder Elements are Not Included in the Favorites Digest ?
There are four different sets of rules that control what is displayed in a Favorites Folder Digest. Verify these setting using the steps below.
1. Check the Favorites Folder Settings
Access User menu > My Favorites
The check mark in the Include in Digest column shows if the Favorites Folder is even included to the Favorites Digest. To change that, click the gear icon and switch the radio button in the Include in Favorites Digest field.
2. Check the Element Type
External Content and External Reports are never included in Digests.
Digests are designed to inform you of changes in your data. External Element is one-time snapshot of data, and so is omitted from Digests as it never change.
3. Check Element's Editor
The User that created an Element can restrict some parts of content from being added to the Digest.
4. Check Alerts Digest
Access User menu > My Notifications
If an Element is included in Alerts Digests, it is not duplicated in your Favorites Digest.
