Duplicating Entire Favorite Folder

If the User created a Favorites Folder and populated it with Tiles of Elements, Dimensioned with the same Dimension Value, it is possible to duplicate the Folder, leaving all the Tiles and only changing the Dimension Value. This article describes how to do that.

1. Example of Favorite Folder

Note that this Folder contains various Elements tracking Sales and Revenue in Canada.

2. Open My Favorites Page

Access User Menu > My Favorites

In the respective row click the Duplicate Favorite icon.

3. Duplicate Favorite Folder

  1. New Folder name: Select a new name since two Folders cannot have the same name.
  2. Change <Dimension Value> from ... to: Select the new Dimension Value from the drop-down.
  3. [Duplicate] to complete the process.

4. Check New Favorites Folder in Favorites Editor

The newly created folder appears in the Favorite Folders grid.

Use the displayed icons to Edit, Burst, Download, Duplicate, or Delete the new Folder.
