Certifying Objects

In Release 6.2.1, objects including Data Sources, Datasets and User Maps can be Certified.  Previously, this function was limited to Elements.  The initial implementation should only includes additional "Certified" metadata and has no impact on the Data Source's or Dataset's behavior, the Security Model or other functionality.  Power Users with Edit Access to an object's Editor can activate the Certification setting.  There is no related Privilege at present.

Certification of an object is a "memo" notation only; it does not affect processing logic for the object.
