Deploy Metric Insights as Fully Managed SaaS on AWS Marketplace

This article describes the necessary steps for subscribing to the Metric Insights fully managed SaaS offering on AWS Marketplace. Currently, only Simple Install is supported with three available sizes of environments. The offering is tailored to your needs and includes environment setup and maintenance, resource allocation based on your chosen subscription tier, patching, and software updates.

1. Access Metric Insights on AWS Marketplace

  1. Access https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-tgtyk4ivrtyyw
  2. [View purchase options]

2. Select Deployment Options

NOTE: Metric Insights only offers contracts for 1, 2, or 3 years, the screenshot above is just an example.

Select the following options:

  1. Contract duration: Select the contract for 1, 2, or 3 years.
  2. Auto-renewal: Choose whether to automatically renew the contract upon expiration.
  1. Dimensions: Select the environment size.
  1. After you have selected the desired deployment details, click [Subscribe] at the bottom of the page to initiate the payment.

NOTE: Clicking [Subscribe] will immediately initiate the payment.

3. Proceed with Setting Up Your Account

After the payment is processed, you will see the confirmation message. Click [Set up your account] to be redirected to the sign-up page.

4. Enter Contact And Deployment Details

NOTE: This page can only be accessed via redirect from the AWS Marketplace.

Fill in all required fields with your:

  1. Company name
  2. Name
  3. Phone number
  4. Email
  5. Country
  6. Desired subdomain of your Metric Insights server
  7. Once all fields are complete, click [Submit]

Once the form is submitted, the corresponding message is displayed.

5. Confirm Email

Check the inbox of the email address you provided. Open it and click [Confirm Email].

Once you have confirmed your email, the Metric Insights team will begin preparing your application environment.

6. Verify Environment Details

Once the Metric Insights team has prepared your environment, you will receive an email with the environment details. Navigate to the App URL and log in to the application with the provided credentials.
