Rule-Based Email Encryption
If your email server supports encryption, our recommendation is to use third-party tools such as Proofpoint or Barracuda to encrypt your emails.
Setting up encryption takes a couple of steps and encrypting your emails can be as easy as using the [Encrypt] tag in a subject line (depending on a tool). The rule looks for the tag in the email subject and triggers encryption for messages that contain it.
This way you can significantly lower the chances of unauthorized access to the sensitive data within your emails.
