This article provides more details about the key capabilities of ThoughtSpot Plugin.
Get Objects
ThoughtSpot Plugin supports pulling the following object types:
- Pinboard
- Visualization
Get Data
By getting data in Metric Insights we mean the ability to create Datasets. ThoughtSpot Plugin supports creating Datasets from Visualizations.
Get Filters
The Plugin does not support pulling Filters from ThoughtSpot objects to Metric Insights.
Get Report Image
Both Pinboards and Visualizations support getting images and PDFs.
Embed in iFrame
ThoughtSpot External Report can be embedded into the application (Show "In iFrame") or other HTML pages by using embed codes.
Support OAuth 2.0
ThoughtSpot Plugin does not support OAuth 2.0.
Support Content Autosync
ThoughtSpot Plugin does not support content autosync.
Capture Metadata
Metric Insights captures metadata for ThoughtSpot Plugin, but does not reflect it in the application's UI. Reflecting additional metadata in the UI is available by request.
